The Worship Arts Pastor will be responsible for giving musical leadership and oversight to the overall worship ministry of BBC. This will include providing visionary leadership and direction in developing Christ-centred, spirit-filled, congregational worship that is meaningful, intergenerational, through a variety of blended weekly opportunities.
This person will strive to build and shepherd the worship team through discipling, developing, and training. The Worship Arts Pastor will work closely with the Senior Pastor as well as the Technical and Media Director to organize and structure the Sunday morning worship service, and special event services (Easter and Christmas services), being the main worship leader for most Sunday mornings, as well as leading weekly worship rehearsal.
