Turkey Trip Information Session

What We Will Do
What We Will Do
The trip will partner with a local church to host a 4-day overnight Vacation Bible School. Two days with children and then two days for youth/young adults. The time will be filled with worship, lessons, games, and more.
We will also visit the local ministries in Turkey to encourage and lift up the team there. There will also be a time of historical site visits in Turkey.
This trip aims to explore a potential long-term mission partnership with the local Turkish church. This is also a great opportunity for BBC congregants to get cross-cultural mission experience and training.
Dates
The trip will be scheduled for approximately 11 days from July 6 - July 17, 2025. Departure dates will vary (+/- 1 days) based of the flights booked.
Costs
The estimated cost of the trip is $5,000 (+/—other variable costs). The final costs will be communicated soon.
It should be noted that attendees won't bear the entire cost. Their will be group fundraising efforts and financial support from the Global Outreach team at BBC.
The cost will include:
-Flights
-Lodging
-Local Transportation
-Food and other expenses
-Support for the Local Ministry in Turkey
-Other miscellaneous costs
Who - Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking to form a team of 8-10 BBC Congregants. Applicants must the age of 18 or above. There will be a selection process for this trip, with interviews to follow after the application is filled.
